The Musicians
Kelvin Lin - violin
... has earned his Bachelor's and Master Degree in violin performance and music education from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music.

He began developing his musical talent at the age of seven, performing his first recital when he was ten. He since has been leading a distinguished career as a violinist, providing his artistic and his musical abilities as a winner in the *th National Violin Competition, the Illinois Young Artist Competition, and the George Swigart Young Artist Competition.

He was featured as soloist with the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) at the Queen Elizabeth Music Festival in Hong Kong that included a performance of the Scottish Fantasia for violin and orchestra.

Mr. Lin was also finalist in major orchestra auditions including Norfolk Virginia Symphony and Houston Symphony. He has a broad experience as a chamber musician, orchestra violinist, and as concertmaster, he successfully led th Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra from season to season. "Lin performed with superb execution and electrifying technique" stated the Michigan Harold Palladium.

Patrick Rustandi - violin & viola
... founder of this ensemble, received his early music education in Romania and Belgium.

He graduated from DePaul University receiving his Masters of Music and Performer Certificate with distinction in violin and viola. An avid chamber music player, he performs many concerts throughout the Chicago area and was featured in the Civic Chamber Music series at the Symphony Center performing Tchaikovsky's Piano Trio.

His experience with orchestras includes performances with the Theatre de la Monnaie Orchestra (violin), the Elgin Symphony (viola), Northwest Indiana Symphony (violin), Civic Orchestra of Chicago (violin), Concertante di Chicago (viola), and Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra as associate concertmaster.

Caroline Curtis - violin
... received her Bachelor of Music Education degree from DePaul University in Chicago, IL.

She currently plays with the Northwest Indiana Symphony, the Illinois Philharmonic Orchestra, and is resident concertmaster of the Dubuque Symphony Orchestra. She freelances in the Chicago and Indiana areas playing with various Big Bands, strolling groups, and chamber ensembles. She has played with Celine Dion, Andrea Bocelli, Garth Brooks, Moody Blues, and Page/Plant of Led Zeppelin amongst others.

Andrei Pricope - cello
... has been performing and teaching in several countries over the past ten years.

He graduated with honors from the Royal Northern College of Music and received his Masters of Music and Performer Certificate from Northern Illinois University. Andrei performed in master-classes with many notable cellists, and toured Spain, Italy, and England while still a student.

He accumulated a broad range of musical experiences including performances with the Chicago Civic Orchestra, and has served as principal cello for the Green Bay Symphony Orchestra, Rockford Symphony, and Southwest Michigan Symphony.
