Jim Loftus is a pianist/keyboardist/vocalist who has played public and private venues extensively in the Lehigh Valley since **** and more recently in the surrounding regions of Philadelphia. He has opened for Regis Philbin and Todd Rundgren, played tribute dinners in NYC at the Plaza and Waldorf/Astoria Hotels and ** Club for Julie Andrews, Milton Berle, Douglas Fairbanks, Jr., and Rosetta LeNoire. His original musical "Ghosts On Broadway" played the John Houseman Theatre in NYC in ****... and he released two original pop/rock CDs "THE FAME GAME"(****) and "Rockuperation"(****) that can be heard at the websites and respectively.
He is available for private parties whether corporate or residential and year-round wedding receptions(including ceremony music). He can do solo work or provide a duo (guitarist) or trio (female vocalist) with his double keyboard setup (sounds like a full band since drums and bass are programmed in keyboards).
Jim plays a wide gamut of material from the '**'s through today; Old Standards/Sinatra era/Jazz; Broadway old and new; and Pop/rock music from the '**'s to today,
Venues Jim has played recently include functions at Normandy Farm in Blue Bell; Conroy Catering in Philadelphia; the Evansburg Inn in Collegeville; Lehigh Country Club in Allentown; Saucon Valley Country Club in Bethlehem; the Limeport Inn in Limeport PA; the Shanty Restaurant in Allentown; Brookside Country Club in Macungie; the Raubsville Inn in Easton, AL Dente Restuarant in Allentown, and many more.
