Bette has an interior design degree and over 20 years of experience in the event industry, including owning and operating Celebrations! Etc. a storefront event planning, invitation and stationery shop in Pennsylvania as well as her own Hallmark Store. Bette has served as vice president of a large property and casualty insurance agency and an Event Manager for Marriott Hotels. Bette has acquired and developed the knowledge for planning well-executed functions by attending to every detail. Her knowledge of interior design is a tremendous asset to event planning from designs to color.
Having experience in both the social and corporate segment, she has the ability to bring an unparalleled flair and uniqueness to each event. Her focus begins with the client and goes beyond their highest expectations. Her success has been due to her positive attitude, commitment, creative vision, and passion for her work. She is a Certified Professional Wedding Consultant with extensive experience in multi-cultural weddings, and has taught classes in wedding etiquette and wedding planning. Because of her extensive background in meeting and special event planning, she has been hired to coordinate many corporate and nonprofit fundraising events.
She is currently authoring a wedding planning organizer, as well as her own product lines for the bride and the pregnant gal.
Bette is a creative spirit with an eye for detail and keeps up-to-date on the latest trends by consistently continuing her education and attending seminars throughout the country. Her newest interest is in Feng Shui Weddings. Her expertise, experience and background give her the knowledge to make educated decisions.
She is an active member of the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) as well as local networking and chamber groups and a member of the Better Business Bureau.
