Nascar Wedding?
| I was thinking about a Nascar theme wedding. My finance loves nascar especially the Earnharts. Has anyone done anything with Nascar in their wedding before? Let me know of some ideas that I could use. Thanks! |

| I am glad I ran across this post....My boyfriend races at a local dirt track on weekends and we are wanting a racing themed wedding. We are actually trying to get the owners of the race track that we met at to let us get married on the track but we haven't had a chance to meet with them yet but if that don't work we are just going to go with the theme. Its awesome!!!
I worked at a local nascar track where the bride and groom took their vows in the winners circle. The reception was held outside on a special patio with deep pit beef sandwiches. It was cool... After they took their vows they took a victory lap in the pace car. It all happened right before a race.
It was the coolest thing but it cost some money, because the track catored it and had to set aside non racing time for it. |

| We just had a nascar theme wedding last August! My bridesmaids dresses were 2 piece, white top and black skirt, it looked great I recieved numerous compliments. If anyone wants more info, let me know! |

| Our Wedding is December 3, 2005. We too have decided on a NASCAR theme. Our favors are going to be Chocalate race cars, wraped in black and white checkered foil, we're working on the centerpieces right now. Each is going to be a white model race car (1/24 scale), with our wedding date on the back window, and our names on the hood, with a different driver number on each one. Instead of plain old table #'s, we are using the driver #'s as table #'s. |

Our NASCAR wedding is coming along nicely so far. Our centerpices are so COOL! I posted some pictures of the model one we made at

The pics aren't the greatest but they'll give you a general idea of what they all will look at. The cars will rotate at 2 RPM, and instead of using plain old Table #'s, each car will have a different driver's #. I'll post some of the finsihed ones as they get done. :o)

Hi all,Im getting married April 1 2006,yes April fools day...We meet in a nascar chat room 6 years ago,we are both big nascar fans.So I have desided that a nascar wedding is the way to go.I like DJ 88 UPS car, he like ES 38 the MnMs car,so for table settings im making little brown boxes that say UPS and putting MnMs in them.For my invatations I am making them look like racing tickets. We are getting little remote cars for our guest to play with.I just started my plans yesterday. So if anyone has any other idea please send them my way.

| Hi. I am getting married next summer. I am doing the nascar theme. We are doing the driver #'s for the table #'s. Using empty pinata's to hang up for decoration. The head table is going to be the starting line and finish line (start of new life, finishing up one part of life). I am still short on ideas. I am planning on doing the white and black for the bridesmaides, but my fiance wants to do something like race car driver suits for the groomsmen. Our theory is the more unique and non traditional we make our wedding, the more fun everyone will have and everyone will remember it. So if anyone has any idea's out there I would appreciate it.
